CHYC TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Application for Temporary Membership must be submitted to the Membership Committee by June 1st of the year Temporary Membership is sought. The application package consists of the completed application form and three supporting letters from current members. One letter is required at the time of the application, the other two letters of recommendation are due by Labor Day of the year of Temporary Membership. The candidate is responsible for arranging for three members who personally know the candidate to send these supporting letters by email or directly to the Chair of the Membership Committee. Only one of the three letters may be from a relative of the candidate.

Center Harbor Yacht Club is run entirely by volunteers, and smooth operation of the Club depends on the continuing volunteer efforts of many members. The Club has a number of committees, including the tennis committee, the facilities committee, the water committee, the volunteer coordinating committee, and the junior sailing committee. Would you be able to contribute your time and effort to any of these committees?
